By using the TinyMCE MultiCloud Plugin ("the Plugin"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Plugin.

2. Description of Service

The Plugin is a free, open-source browser extension for the TinyMCE editor that enables users to:

• Connect to cloud storage providers (Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, etc.)
• Browse and select files from their cloud storage
• Insert file links, images, or embeds into TinyMCE editor content

3. License

The Plugin is licensed under the MIT License. The source code is available at: github.com/CallariS/tinymce-multicloud-plugin

You are free to use, modify, and distribute the Plugin according to the terms of the MIT License.

4. No Warranty

THE PLUGIN IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Plugin will:

• Be error-free or uninterrupted
• Be compatible with all versions of TinyMCE or cloud provider APIs
• Meet your specific requirements

5. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PLUGIN OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE PLUGIN.

6. Third-Party Services

The Plugin integrates with third-party cloud storage providers. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service:

• Google Terms of Service
• Microsoft Services Agreement
• Dropbox Terms of Service

We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of these third-party services.

7. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your cloud provider account credentials
• Ensuring you have the right to access and use files from your cloud storage
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respecting intellectual property rights and privacy when inserting files into content

8. Privacy

Our use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy. In summary: we do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.

9. No Support Obligation

This is a free, open-source project. We are not obligated to provide support, maintenance, updates, or bug fixes. However, we welcome community contributions via GitHub.

10. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Plugin (or any part thereof) at any time without notice or liability.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Plugin after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Open Source

The Plugin is open source software. You can:

• Contribute improvements via Pull Requests
